Carinthian Reindling has a firm place in our kitchen. We make it ourselves, sharing a part of the cooking that connects us to Carinthia. At Kastale, regional specialities meet influences from across the Alpe-Adria region.

Hadnbrot is a buckwheat bread. Carinthian Strukli, Kletznudeln and Topfenpalatschinken also belong to the culinary tradition of our region. Ask us which specialities will be available during your stay.

A generous breakfast buffet or a small meal before heading out? When planning your stay, discuss the different options with us: a room with buffet breakfast, a small breakfast, a stay without breakfast or a packed lunch for a day out. You can also ask about a packed lunch instead of breakfast.
Your personal offer confirms which combination, times and prices are possible for your stay. Mention your wishes and any dietary needs when you enquire so we can discuss meals around your plans by the lake and beyond.

We discuss an evening menu with a choice of dishes personally with you. Flexible meals are arranged in advance around your plans. This applies to individual holidays as well as sports clubs and other groups. Mention your wishes when you enquire so we can agree the possible services together.
